The Redevelopment of Talenti Park: Roads and Infrastructure

The "Parco Talenti" Urban Program marked a turning point for the neighborhood, transforming it into a modern and functional residential area. Prominent among the major interventions was the doubling of Via di Casal Boccone, a crucial artery for mobility, with two lanes in each direction and the restoration of structures such as the fence wall of the Institute of the "Pie Venerine" Sisters. Other major projects involved the construction of streets such as Ezra Pound Avenue, Angelo Mancia Avenue, and the redevelopment of Umberto Fracchia Street, equipped with parking lots, sidewalks, and public lighting. Each work has helped improve not only the road system but also the quality of life by integrating modern and safe infrastructure into the urban fabric.

Sewerage Networks and Advanced Disposal Systems

Another pillar of the project was the construction and implementation of sewer networks, which were necessary to adapt the neighborhood to the needs of a growing community. Among the most significant works were a deep sewer main on Dario Nicodemi Street and the stormwater drainage network on Ugo Ojetti Street, complete with travertine sidewalks and street lighting. In addition, underground crossings for sewage works were carried out at strategic points such as Via di Casal Boccone, ensuring minimal impact on heavy traffic. These interventions, carried out with advanced techniques, represent an example of innovative engineering at the service of the community.
