Realization of the Commercial Park and Connected Infrastructure
The RAICAL/COGER (Formerly Unimpresaspa) business grouping completed the construction of a Commercial Park in Marcianise (CE) and related road infrastructure as part of the Interporto Sud Europa Nola-Maddaloni-Marcianise project. The project included the construction of the shopping center, internal roads with parking lots, and road connections between the Park and surrounding towns. C.O.G.E.R. S.p.A. (Formerly UnimpresaSPA), in particular, has edited works such as:
- Overburden excavation and soil stabilization.
- Construction of a sewer system for black water and storm water, with advanced treatment and disposal systems.
- Creation of a parking area with grass panels, paved and marked internal roads.
Roads and Strategic Interventions
The road work represents one of the most advanced elements of the project, bringing significant benefits to local and regional traffic:
- A1 Naples-Rome highway overpass: 40-meter structure, made of steel and concrete beams, launched in two nights with disrupted traffic.
- Highway underpass: Large reinforced concrete monolith (60 meters in length).
- Strategic road connections: construction of an interchange between the interport road system and S.S. 87, supplemented by an underpass and access ramps to S.P. 335. This intervention improved accessibility, making operational a road that had been unfinished since the 1970s, now called S.P. 335 dei "Ponti della Valle," fundamental for the area's road system and connection with neighboring towns.
