Who is Francis Gallo
Francesco Gallo is a highly qualified administrative and financial professional, currently serving as Administrative and Financial Director of Unimpresa Group S.p.A. companies since 2023. His academic background is solid: he graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 1984 and subsequently joined the Order of Chartered Accountants in 1993, consolidating his expertise in the field of business and tax consulting. During his career, he gained extensive professional experience, holding senior positions for 16 years at Ansaldo Trasporti Spa, part of the IRI Finmeccanica Group.
There he was responsible for general accounting, financial statements and taxation, as well as dealing with group consolidation and administrative management of consortia and subsidiaries or affiliates, both in Italy and abroad. His role included the supervision of Italian accounting and foreign branches, allowing him to gain a deep understanding of international financial dynamics and global tax regulations.
